Roscos Guadaindálicos filled with cabello de ángel and finished with pistachio, almond or candied orange, from a La Cañada workshop with a kiosk on the Paseo de Almería.
Productos Artesanales Guada was founded in 2015 by Guadalupe (Guada) López and Fermín Salazar, with a workshop on Calle Real in La Cañada de San Urbano. On 21 December 2022 it opened a kiosk on the Paseo de Almería, the easiest way to try them without leaving the centre. It belongs to Sabores Almería, the provincial council's brand, in the pastry and roscos category.
Its creations are the Roscos Guadaindálicos, filled with cabello de ángel and finished with sugar, almond, pistachio, hazelnut or candied orange, and the Guadinas; also piononos and gluten-free or vegan pastry. Part of the Guada Indálicos sales goes to Asalsido Down Almería.
