Entre Dulces Sabores, on Calle Gravina, works entirely by hand and without preservatives. Its own brand, the San Indalecios®, are traditional pastas exclusive to the house: the reason to seek out this city-centre workshop.
Cakes and biscuits fill out the counter. Open Monday to Friday, mornings and afternoons; it rests at weekends, so save the craving for a weekday.
