Miel Sierra Filabres is the beekeeping business of José Antonio López Sánchez, in Lubrín's La Redonda estate. It belongs to Sabores Almería and is the brand's only honey producer.
Its strength is variety: eleven raw honeys — rosemary, broom, wildflower, lemon, eucalyptus, orange-blossom, almond, avocado, lavender, albaida and premium — plus pollen, royal jelly, propolis and honeycomb. Hard to leave with just one jar.
The shop opens weekday mornings; the rest of the week, the bilingual online store ships to your door, with honeys from €5 to €46 by format.
