Churros with hot chocolate from seven in the morning to midnight by Almería station: breakfast for some, the end of the night for others.
Cafetería-Bar Torres Bermejas sits on Avenida de la Estación, a step from the trains and buses, and its traditional churros with hot chocolate are known in Almería for a double reason: served at breakfast time and also when the night runs long. It opens at seven (six on Sundays) and does not close until midnight.
The churro is the classic wheel, for dunking in thick chocolate. There is a terrace for sunny mornings and takeaway if the train will not wait.
It is not only a churro bar: at midday it serves home cooking and a set menu, at moderate prices, with cards accepted and step-free access. A good place for the first or last stop of a trip.
