Croissants, éclairs and a signature cheesecake from a young bakery in Huércal de Almería; brunch too and, since 2026, a stall at the Central Market.
Bako Pastry opened on 20 March 2024 in Huércal de Almería, founded by Inmaculada Barranco, trained at Eric Ortuño's workshop in Barcelona, and Adriana Coromoto, who worked at Bibo Dani García and Arco Paco Pérez. A good share of its customers drive out from the city for its French pastry.
On the counter: croissants, éclairs and a signature cheesecake that has become its calling card; also bagels and brunch to stretch the morning, wedding cakes and catering to order. In December and January come the roscón de Reyes filled with cookie cream and the gingerbread biscuits.
If Huércal is out of your way, since 9 June 2026 the house also runs stall 44 at Almería's Central Market, Tuesday to Saturday mornings.
