A restored castle on the Roquetas seafront, with completely free interior access and rooms given over to temporary exhibitions. It is one of those short visits that slot neatly between the beach and lunch.
Together with the lighthouse and the Teatro Auditorio it forms what the town calls its cultural triangle: all three stand a few metres apart on the same promenade, so one stop easily becomes three.
Closed Mondays. Otherwise open Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 13:00 and 17:00 to 20:00, and Sundays mornings only, 11:00 to 13:00.
